The MétalTech example
Delphine Descorne-Jeanny, president of the Nogentech cluster, has launched “MétalTech”, the first production school in Sud Champagne and the Grand Est region in 2022.
The aim is to train young people aged between 15 and 18 in the machining trades, using a ‘doing to learn’ approach, and to meet the needs of local manufacturers who are struggling to recruit.
