Accelerate your business transformation!
This program supports businesses and facilitates their transformations towards digital technology, Industry 5.0, environmental sustainability, and health.
A personalized response to address business challenges: combating climate change, digitization, automation, and reducing and optimizing energy consumption…
“With the transformation programs, there has been a shift from a passive logic of granting subsidies to a dynamic approach based on adaptability and support for businesses and economic actors,” said Franck Leroy, President of the Grand Est Region.
Transformation Programs: Which Stakeholders, How Does It Work?
The transformation program covers all sectors of activity. It is personalized and tailored to the challenges and needs of each company to help them become more efficient and support them in their projects. The economic development agency Business Sud Champagne is your local contact. We are present at every stage of your transformation journey. We are your direct contacts and liaise with stakeholders in the program (Grand Est Region, Grand E Nov +).
The program consists of 4 stages, allowing for the identification of transformation levers and the implementation of an action plan:
• Sensitizing the company to the challenges of change and directing them to the appropriate transformation program
• The 360-degree diagnosis, which analyzes the company’s maturity, identifies transformation levers, and obtains the company’s commitment to transformation
• Transformative modules that enable skills development, needs analysis, identification of technical solutions, and the preparation of preliminary projects
• Implementation with the consolidation of a transformation program and the execution of established project(s), technical and/or organizational integration, investments, and operational monitoring
Focus on Transformative Modules
The thematic areas of the transformative modules are industry 5.0, digital, and the environment. The modules result in a detailed preliminary project of solutions to be implemented. These modules are partly funded by the Region.
Entry into a module is possible at 3 different levels based on the company’s assessment conducted during the 360-degree diagnosis.
1. Exploratory phase: training, skills development, project definition
2. Advanced technical diagnostic phase: in-depth analysis of the need, estimation of solutions and cost
3. Project management assistance phase: study of solutions, drafting of specifications, financing
Business Sud Champagne will assist you in validating and prioritizing your modules and choosing your entry level. Together, you will define a module program.
