Business Sud Champagne is recruiting a junior “Economic development – land and business property” project manager
Business Sud Champagne is the economic development agency for Sud Champagne, based in Troyes (Conurbation of 190,000 inhabitants). The agency was set up in 2018 under the impetus of the Grand Est Region, the Troyes and Chaumont Conurbations and the Aube and Haute-Marne CCIs.
Our mission is to accelerate the creation, development and establishment of high-potential economic activities in the Sud Champagne region.
We offer business leaders highly operational solutions in terms of public or private financing, industrial partnerships, innovation support, and/or land or business premises to help them set up or expand. We also promote the region to French and international business leaders, in order to attract high added-value technology projects and job creators.
The Business Sud Champagne team is made up of 10 people from a wide range of backgrounds, all of whom are passionate about the dynamics of the region and entrepreneurship, and committed to the success of the Sud Champagne region and its businesses.
In our business, perfect knowledge and development of land and business premises is an essential condition for responsiveness and success. That’s why we want to entrust the identification, monitoring and promotion of our land and property offers to a dedicated project manager.
This central task will involve
Identifying and qualifying land and property offers
- Coordinating the network of property professionals with marketing mandates (offices, industrial premises, logistics, land) and partner local authorities that own land
- Maintain an active web watch on specialist property websites
- Organising site visits, qualifying properties, taking photos and videos to provide the material needed to formulate a quality offer
Structure the information in our CRM and promote offers
- Entering the selected properties into our CRM in a concise and commercial manner – Drawing up attractive sales sheets in French and English
- Manage the publication of offers on websites and social networks: planning, writing, optimising referencing
- Improve our procedures: recommendations and proactivity expected
Responding to internal or external requests for property searches
- Identify the property or properties corresponding to the search
- Manage certain requests independently (sending offers, monitoring the search) or provide the necessary material to other Business Sud Champagne project managers
Participating in the agency’s marketing and communication activities (trade fairs, events, etc.) as and when required by the team.
Profile required:
- You have at least a BAC+2/+4 in economics and/or marketing/commercial. You will have successful experience (internship or first job) in marketing/commercial assignments in areas related to economic development or business real estate.
- You have :
- IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Good writing skills in French and English
- Organisational rigour, autonomy, responsiveness, curiosity, dynamism, discretion and team spirit are all assets that will make the difference when you join our team.

The position will be based in Troyes.
Remuneration according to profile and experience.
The position is available immediately.
