In September 2020, the Government launched a historic Recovery Plan to sustainably revive the French economy. The goal: to transform the economy by prioritising investment in the most promising sectors and ensure that France can return to its pre-crisis economic level within two years. The Recovery Plan is structured around 3 priorities: ecology, competitiveness, and cohesion.
Three priority areas
- Ecology: Out of €100 billion, €30 billion are allocated for financing the ecological transition. Every axis of the recovery plan must contribute to the ecological transition.
- Competitiveness: While France has assets, skills, and know-how, it is essential to be more competitive on issues such as: ecological transition, reduction of production taxes, massive investment in certain technologies identified as future technologies, through support for research, training, skills development, and the valorisation of existing national know-how.
- Cohesion: The recovery plan concerns all territories at all scales. It’s about solidarity in the broadest sense: between generations, territories, companies of all sizes, and among the French people. It is a collective momentum that the recovery plan carries, particularly through the Ségur de la santé, territorial cohesion, and support for the most precarious people.
The expertise of Business Sud Champagne
Following the launch of the recovery plan, the Prefect of Aube wanted to establish a single point of contact. The Direccte thus mobilized the different actors in the territory to meet the various needs of companies.
Business Sud Champagne was recognized as the competent actor to support companies with more than 50 employees (Large accounts and industrialists).
Thus, the teams of Business Sud Champagne support companies in the territory with their Recovery Plan application: from awareness, to the formalisation of the request and the preparation of the financial file.
