Clarins Group Announcement:
Clarins chooses Troyes, specifically the town of Sainte-Savine, for the location of its second production facility.
Clarins has decided to establish its new cosmetics production site in Sainte-Savine within the Parc du Grand Troyes. This will be Clarins’ second production site, complementing the one in Pontoise.
Construction is expected to commence by the end of February 2023, with production scheduled to begin in autumn of 2024.
This major project, located on a 13.5-hectare site, represents a total investment of approximately 135 million euros.
The site will adhere to Clarins’ commitments to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and will meet the criteria for excellent High Environmental Quality (HQE).
This new facility will further secure production and provide Clarins with the necessary capacity to expand its range of cosmetic products.
Jonathan Zrihen, President and CEO of Clarins, stated: “Our ambitious roadmap calls for doubling our production, which has led us to deploy a second site. As a French company, Clarins has always chosen to prioritize ‘Made in France’ and short supply chains. That’s why we are pleased to announce the upcoming arrival of our new production facility in Sainte-Savine, where we will contribute to local employment.”
