“Grand Est Cybersécurité”, a regional emergency response centre for cyber attacks
Grand Est Cybersecurity, the assistance center for victims of cyberattacks in the Grand Est region, is now operational.
This flagship initiative of Business Act #2 is led by the Grand Est Region with the support of the National Cybersecurity Agency of France (ANSSI).
Located in Nancy and operated by Grand E-Nov+, the innovation and international prospecting agency of the Grand Est Region, this center provides free assistance services to SMEs, mid-sized companies (ETIs), local authorities, and associations in the region.[1]
You can reach this call center at 0 970 512 525 (non-premium rate call).
This assistance service includes:
- Personalized support with incident prequalification and first-level assistance,
- Connection with qualified service providers to address the incident,
- Incident follow-up until the situation is resolved,
- Assistance with legal action,
- Monitoring of incident statistics on a regional scale.
The Grand Est Transformation (GET) Numérique initiative supports this center by serving as a tool for the federation and coordination of cyber expertise. It helps map solution and service providers in cybersecurity operating in the region based on their competencies (certifications, labels) in the field of security incident handling.
With Grand Est Cybersecurity, the cybersecurity diagnostic journey, and the GET Numérique initiative, the Grand Est Region strengthens its commitment to support local stakeholders in improving their resilience to cyberattacks.
Next step: the launch event for Grand Est Cybersecurity and the Cybersecurity roadmap on March 28, 2023, at the LORIA (Lorrain Laboratory of Computer Science and its Applications) in Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy.
