Handi-conseils: an Aube-based solution for the professional integration of disabled workers and local economic development
Handi-conseils is a player in the social and solidarity economy, approved by the DREETS as an Adapted Enterprise. It is involved in local economic development by pooling skills to create jobs for disabled workers. By supporting these individuals who are distant from the world of work, Handi-conseils creates a dynamic of hiring and integration in our region. At the same time, local businesses require specific skills, with the possibility of outsourcing certain tasks. Handi-conseils provides solutions through shared-time employment. Whether it’s for managing calls for tenders, administrative or commercial management, Handi-conseils offers the skills of people with disabilities, either within companies, in remote work, or at Handi-conseils’ premises.
“We offer access to employment for individuals distant from the world of work by providing them with sustainable socio-professional support,” explains Olivier Laurain, Founder President, before adding, “While combating discrimination in hiring and social isolation, we promote the economic development of the region by supporting business leaders in their activities.”
