The textile industry in the Sud Champagne region will be strongly represented at the Made in France trade fair in Paris from 8 to 11 November.
In its efforts to promote and breathe new life into the textile industry in the region, Business Sud Champagne took on the role of conductor at the Made in France trade show, which took place from November 8 to 11, 2019, in Paris. The economic development agency had a 100m² booth at the event, alongside six textile companies operating in South Champagne.
Occupying half of a 200m² Grand Est booth, as the Region of Honor throughout the event, the South Champagne Territory gained significant visibility, allowing it to showcase its textile industry: the entire textile production chain, innovative textiles, hemp textiles, and various products from young creators.
The goal of Business Sud Champagne at this trade show was not only to promote and raise awareness of all the know-how present in the South Champagne Territory but also to support and assist young creators from South Champagne. Whether they come from Chaumont or Troyes, these entrepreneurs all share a common passion: textiles. They conveyed this passion to the general public during the event by presenting and selling their Made in France collections.
While the trade show primarily targeted the general public, Business Sud Champagne did not forget professionals and organized an inauguration at its booth on November 8, inviting Aubassadeurs, local entrepreneurs, and important figures from South Champagne.
The exhibitors present in the 100m² South Champagne area included Baie Brune, Rue Begand, TilliT, Lafitte, Elacio, La Chaussette de France, Les Faiseurs de Maille, and Business Sud Champagne.
