Can you tell us a bit about your company?
“Logtex is a textile and capital goods logistics service provider belonging to the Deret Group, which has more than 120 employees in Troyes and 35,000 m² of developed space in the Aube logistics park.
Why did you choose to set up in the Aube logistics park?
“We chose the Aube logistics park to bring together all our activities, which were spread over 5 sites in Troyes. It was also an opportunity for us to pool certain services with textile logistics players already present on the site. What’s more, the Aube logistics park is served by the A26 and A5 motorways, so access is easy.
How many new recruits are you planning?
“We plan to recruit 100 to 130 people by spring 2021.
How do you work with local players?
“We are working with the local authorities, in particular the Direccte and Pôle Emploi, to recruit staff and launch training programmes in our businesses.
How do you manage peaks in activity?
“We do have peaks in activity, which we manage using temping agencies and temporary workers. So far, we’ve had no difficulty in recruiting staff who are efficient, productive and particularly careful with our customers’ products.”
What do you think of the social climate in the region?
“The social climate seems to me to be calm, serene and with a strong desire to work on the part of the staff present”.
